If only every trades person was as professional as Darren and Mike the world would be a better place. They were both pleasant and incredibly professional - on time, communicated well and did what they said they would. I can honesty say they have transformed our back garden using top quality materials and top quality workmanship. Highly recommended. Thank you both.

Darren and the team fitted a balustrade for us and did a great job. It wasn’t a normal install and they were very accommodating.

There are not enough positive adjectives for me to use regarding the work of South Coast Balustrades.
We decided to replace our rusty, out of date metal balcony balustrade with something more modern. My wife decided glass would be just the thing.
I arranged three quotes from three different companies, all of whom came within the budget we had allowed. However, Darren from South Coast Balustrades, impressed me most with his no nonsense professionalism. He did however point out that the decking supporting the old balustrade was in places beginning to show its age.
Within a couple of days a quote came through, and was accepted for the actual balustrade. I eventually - with some nagging from my wife - asked Darren for a further quote to replace all of the deck, and this was given.
I was contacted by Darren with the start date, and at eight o'clock sharp that morning both Darren and Michael turned up and started.
By four o'clock the same day, the old steel work had vanished, the crumbling deck removed, and a brand new deck rebuilt. Next day the chrome posts had been cut and fitted and the job finished. Darren informed us that it would be two weeks to the day when the purpose made toughened glass would arrive. That day dawned and within two hours, eight glass panels had been fitted.
The site was left spotlessly clean and all debris removed.
I cannot speak highly enough about South Coast Balustrades, for their professionalism and workmanship. I heartily recommend the company.

We are absolutely delighted with our new balcony, it’s beyond stunning and has added a fantastic, new dimension to our home. Everyone one who’s seen it thinks it wonderful and so do we!! From meeting Darren for the first time, to the job being finished, he and his team have been completely reliable, respectful and very professional. We cannot fault anything and it’s not often that you can say that!!
We now enjoy panoramic bay views and the value that the balcony has added to our home and lifestyle is absolutely worth every penny. We cannot recommend them enough.

Very impressed with this company and the professional service they provided with the installation of our Balustrade. They ensured all fittings to the roof structure were fully sealed to prevent. any possibility of water leakage. The installation was carried out in a timely manner by the team (Daren and Michael) who were very friendly and professional.

Darren and Mike installed my Balustrades yesterday and did a totally fantastic job. They turned up just after 8am (an hours trip from Paignton) and worked hard and diligently all day and the result was a pleasure to behold and has really complimented the look of the house. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
