Project · Teignmouth & Shaldon
Glass balcony balustrade.
A frameless glass system designed to make the balcony safer and more accessible while leaving its wide sea view uninterrupted.
Safety without losing the view.
This balcony project near Teignmouth was created for a wheelchair user who wanted to enjoy the outdoor space and its outstanding coastal outlook. A frameless glass system was selected to provide the required protective edge with as little visual interruption as possible.
The finished installation follows the balcony line with clear, carefully aligned panels. Its restrained detailing complements the property and allows light and sea views to remain the defining features of the space.
Open, calm and uninterrupted.
Two views showing how the frameless panels sit discreetly against the house and coastal setting.
Thank you for the quality job you carried out for my client in Shaldon. The frameless glass balustrade was fitted to a high specification and looks great. I look forward to recommending you to future clients.
